How much exercise do you do a week, do you do enough like you should. I think i do not do enough because i am on my phone and computer to much or studying. I am 15 years old, not over weight, how much should i get per week?
Going by your age. Im guessing you are a teen? Children and adolescents should do at least 60 minutes or more of physical activity each day. Most of the 60 minutes should be either "moderate"- or vigorous intensity "aerobic physical activity", and should include "vigorous-intensity" physical activity at least 3 days a week.
